Yes. He was fully consumed, as I was about to be - however, he was able to re-manifest despite that. It's... unfortunately not something that every consumed person can manage, it seems, but I am grateful we were able to rescue one other person, despite the two we lost.

Here in general? I got here like everyone else did, looking for a cure.

[ He chews on some of the snacks, waiting to swallow before he speaks again. ]

But a wish brought me back. When I realized I was "alive" again, the museum began to flood, so I decided to steal a few meals from the wish giver and let those who were trapped inside out.

...did you go through the same things we went through? The murders, the hands coming to take the accused?

[ She listens closely, eyes as watchful as ever. She hopes he enjoys the food and the (strong) tea. Can she feed him more?]

I know of a few people who died, but... I don't know anything about the accused. I was more focused on my symptoms than anything else.

[ So... violence was there? Maybe.

Also she can definitely feed him more!! She's kind enough that he'll allow it. ]

This infection is inherently violent, after all. There was probably no way to ever avoid it.

What happened when the museum started flooding?

The flooding... We nearly drowned.

( Would dying in that state caused them to fully digest at once, or simply disappear? ... He shakes his head, uncertain.)

We washed away into an alcove, where we met Sir Kurapika. There, we followed the path through a labyrinth of sorts for a great many hours, before we found a viable sample. I believe we had no more than twelve hours to achieve our goal, before...

( He thumbs the frills at the hem of his sleeve. )

There were a number of... obstacles along the way, but we were able to surpass them with everyone's efforts. It was commendable.

...it sounds like it. What was your goal?

[ She sits down next to Yuki, handing him a cup of tea]

( He perks up, taking the tea in both hands. Despite the conversation topic, his expression warms, gazing down at it as if it were gemstones, or precious gold. Miss Nala's tea........ )

... Myself, it was only to get everyone out safely. Selfishly, I hoped we could have saved Sir Giyuu and Sir Gut, as well, but... ( :( ) ... Well, I wasn't too certain what would happen, honestly. I'd been helping with the explosion efforts, but I wasn't certain it would work, or if it would happen before the water level rose higher than we could escape.

So... we are truly indebted to all of you working on the demolition. Once we'd achieved the sample, there was nothing left before us that might have gotten us outside. We could not have done it without you.

... Thank you, Miss Nala. If anything... I am relieved I was able to return Hyunjung safe to you.

( Obviously, he worries and cares for everyone else in the graveyard too, but he swore that he would, and ... Hyunjung? That's a homie. A number of losses would be hard for him to bear during their escape, but especially Hyunjung, and especially facing Nala after that. )
